Professional Development
The goal of NSBE to increase the number of minority students that start, graduate, and begin a career in STEM. Preparing NSBE members for those careers in STEM is the goal of professional development programming. From resume workshops, mock careers fairs, and soft skill workshops to attending NSBE sponsored career fairs and development seminars. Below are our goals for the semester
Our Goals
National Convention
For the 44th Annual Convention, we want 15 members to go. Of those 15, we want all 15 to be offered interviews and positions.

Resume Books
NSBE at Mercer wants to compose a resume book of all members' resume to provide to all official sponsors.

Career Services Events
We want to host a series of events to prep all members for career fairs and other opportunities to secure a position for the summer or after graduation.
